DANHOSTEL Århus is an attractive youth hostel in buildings that are partly old, partly new and situated in the middle of the "Riis Skov" woods near the centre of Århus. There are few hundred meters to the nearest bus stop "Marienlund", where 7 different buses stop every hour and route to the centre of the city. Furthermore, there are car park for coaches at the youth hostel.
 
Danhostel Århus is open from 16th January to 19th December in 2010
 
 
 
Rooms:
 
We have 35 rooms with totally 151 beds.
 
   - 30 of the rooms are on the ground floor.
 
   - With toilet and shower: 1 x 2 bed, 1 x 3 bed, 11 x 4 bed and 2 x 5 bedrooms
 
   - Without toilet and shower: 2 x 2 bed, 10 x 4 bed and 8 x 6 bedroom
 

There are bunk beds in all the rooms

 - All persons over the age of 18 have to pay for a guest fee or to purchase an international youth hostel card. Read more here

 

- The use of sleeping bags is NOT permitted at our hostel. There are duvets and pillows in all the rooms and you are welcome to bring your own bed linen or you can rent it at our hostel for a one-off fee per person

 

- Out of consideration for other guests, the hostel must be quiet from 11:00pm – 7:00am

 

- Preparation of meals and eating in your rooms are not permitted

 

- Animals are not allowed in our hostel

 

- Smoking is not allowed indoor

 

- Alcohol and other intoxicants are not permitted at the hostel. You can buy alcohol in our reception or in the vending machine in the common room
